It's more about luck than skill that way. Post number GETs can be an exercise in prediction on faster imageboards like 4chan, but are only of entertainment value on slower ones.
UNIX timestamp GETs, on the other hand, depend on the exact millisecond the server received the image. It's a truer sign from the Internet gods.
